Hotel Information

Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort and Spa has three construction sites.
Part 1: There are being built 10 Villa rooms, 72 Family rooms, 6 Superior rooms, swimming pool & Thai restaurant. This renovation can be heard from the left side of The Briza Resort (Room-Types Deluxe and Garden Deluxe rooms) and can be heard from the right side of The Emerald -Superior Garden rooms have direct view onto the construction. Construction part 1 will be finished end of September 2008.
Part 2: Consists of a new building/ 3 storeys with 144 Family rooms. This part is on the other side of The hotel and will be completed by end of November 2008. The noise disturbance will be heard from the lobby area. The restaurant of The hotel will be moved to the beachfront. Superior rooms will be closed on period 30 Mar - 30 Otc 2008.
Part 3: The hotel has closed down buildings 1,2,3 (Type Superior Garden). The construction can be heard slightly from the right hand side of the beach. This part will be completed end of August 2008. |
